Soy wax can be cleaned up with soap and water, it is biodegradable. (it is still wax so please avoid pouring it down drains!!)

Soy was tends to have a “rustic” look after the melt pool has cooled. It can also have a “frosty” or “mottled” look. This is due to the natural qualities of the wax- natural waxes don’t tend to be as smooth as paraffin. It will not hinder the performance of your candle in any way!! Our all cotton and paper-core wicks have some extra benefits, besides the clean burning. They will easily trim without the use of scissors. Prior to each re-lighting simply pinch off the charred tip with a tissue. The tip will break off easily in the perfect place nearly every time, Do not try this with metal-core wicks, they usually break off below the wax line. Any candle flame can smoke if the flame is not burning efficiently. Our candles will not smoke if you take proper care of the wick.
